In the online store zouzouni-shoes.gr you have the right to return the products you bought from us, within 10 days from the date you receive the products. In case you want to return a product, you will only be charged the cost of returning it, while in case of a change of a product, you will be charged both the cost of returning it and the costs of its new shipment.
Returns or changes are ONLY accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the receipt or invoice.
Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
